LaJaysha Echoles-Gaston is a native of Houston, MS. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Itawamba Community College. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. 

LaJaysha has been married to her husband, Anthoney, for 17 years. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and traveling the world with her family.
