Dr. Posey is a native of Mantachie. Dr. Posey received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Posey completed his general surgery and urology residencies at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Posey joined Urology Associates in 2002.

Dr. Posey is certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Posey is a member of the American Urological Association and the Mississippi State Medical Association. Dr. Posey has hospital privileges at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo and Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth.

Dr. Posey is married with three children.
