Jeremy S. Archer, M.D.

Dr. Archer is a native of Hattiesburg but now resides in Tupelo. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Dr. Archer completed his surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Archer joined Urologic in 2022. 

Dr. Archer is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Medical Association, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He is certified by the American Board of Urology. 

Dr. Archer is married with two children.

Paul B. Farabaugh, M.D.

Dr. Farabaugh is a native of New Orleans. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his medical degree from the Louisiana State University New Orleans School of Medicine. Dr. Farabaugh completed his general surgery and urology residencies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Dr. Farabaugh joined Urology Associates in 2003.

Dr. Farabaugh is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Farabaugh is a member of the American Urological Association and the Mississippi State Medical Association. Dr. Farabaugh has hospital privileges at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo and Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth.

Katelyn Boren, NP-C, CUNP

Katelyn graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2019. She is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP. Katelyn is married with three children.

Jamie Call, NP-C

Jamie Call is a native of Ripley, MS. He earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Northeast Community College, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from University of Mississippi Medical Center, and his Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Memphis. Jamie completed his residency in West Point at North Mississippi Medical Center. He completed his fellowship at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  Jame worked as a nurse in emergency medicine for 10 years.

When he isn’t at Urologic, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and college football. He has been married for 10 years with his wife, Jana Call, and they share 5 children and a golden retriever named Chevy. 

 

LaJaysha Echoles-Gaston, NP-C

LaJaysha Echoles is a native of Houston, MS. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Itawamba Community College. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. 

LaJaysha has been married to her husband, Anthoney, for 17 years. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and traveling the world with her family. 

 

Sara Harrington, NP-C, CUNP

Sara Harrington is a native of Aberdeen, MS. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2015, prior to attending the University of Alabama where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

When she isn’t at Urologic, Sara enjoys reading, baseball, & spending time with family & friends. Her favorite thing about working for Urologic is “…that I feel like I am part of a big, close-knit family. I have worked with the urology patient population & most of the doctors at this clinic throughout my career, beginning with my days as a nurse on the floor at NMMC. I have enjoyed the whole experience. Working with all the other clinic staff has been a blessing.”

Allison Lee, NP-C, CUNP

Allie Lee is a native of Tupelo, MS. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University prior to attending the University of Mississippi School of Nursing where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working as an RN on the medical-surgical floor at NMMC for four years, Allie continued her education at Mississippi University for Women where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Allie and her husband, Louis, reside in Tupelo with their two daughters, Olivia and Lucy. In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on her Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Katelynn Pannell, NP-C, CUNP

Katelynn is a native of Fulton, MS. Katelynn graduated from Walden University with a Masters in Nursing degree, FNP-C. She has a 2 year old daughter, Charis, with her husband of 4 years, Scott Pannell. She also has two fur babies, Peppa & Rousey.
 
When she isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, outdoor activities, and reading.

Marley Rumbarger, NP-C

Marley is a native of Pontotoc, MS. She received her undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University where she also participated as a cheerleader. She then earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis. 

Marley and her husband of 10 years, Rudy, have one son (Parker) & 2 lovely fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, watching MS State sports, and jogging outside in the spring and early summer.

Katese Rutherford, DNP-C, CUNP

Katese is a native of Ripley, MS. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She is married to her high school sweetheart with 2 boys, Mason and Malachi. When she isn’t at the clinic, she’s reading, arranging florals, cooking/hosting, or spending time with family.
